The purpose of our organization is to provide youths with the opportunity to participate in organized basketball programs under the sponsorship of the Sacramento Rebels organization. The goal of the program is to allow the maximum number of youths to participate within the framework of this organization to develop competitive teams. The basketball program will be limited to pre-season and post-season tournament play. Every effort will be made to avoid conflicts in scheduling and philosophy with other sports programs sponsored by other organizations in the community. The primary objective of the organization is to provide fellowship among all organization members.
